CARNIVAL LEAD UP CLASSES THIS AUGUST!
On Tuesdays we will be leading a 1 hour 3 part combo class including: Strength based resistance class, a fast-paced abs session and ending with a stretch. On Thursdays we will be Rocking a Soca Aerobics Combined class! Both sessions take place in Brixton from 7-8pm. Streamed to online members.
