About the event
Carnival season is officially here and we are turning our workouts up a notch!Â
Throughout August we'll be leading our Monday Waistline Workouts and Soca Stretch class LIVE from the Tabernacle Dance Studio. The session will stream on Zoom to our Zoom members at the same time as teaching IN PERSON!Â
Our Zoom and AAA members have the choice to tune in virtually or in person. With private Youtube catch up still an option.Â
