After years of planning, the first Rock it with Rho International Retreat is here!
Get ready for 3 nights away full of: Workouts, Rejuvenation, Relaxation, Pure Vibes and a refreshed mind and body!
This retreat is led by the Coach Rho and Mama Rocket and includes:
Workouts | Well-being Sessions | Team Activities | Pool Party | Evening Activities & Socials | Nutritious Meals; Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
NOT INCLUDED:
Flights - there are a range of flights available.
Airport transfer - Girona airport is just 19 miles from the Villa and taxis directly outside of the airport are the best mode of transport. If you choose to hire a car, there is parking on site.
Additional food and drinks - We will be creating a menu for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Any other food and drinks you may like are your own responsibility.

Bookings for this retreat are accepted as group bookings only. Rooms are for 2 people. The Pool house is for 6 people.
Please Book on to the retreat by clicking the STEP 1 button. If you choose to pay in full there are no further steps. If you choose the payment plan option. Enter PAYMENTPLAN at the checkout then continue on to step 2 by starting your payment plan.
Your place is secure once the first payment has been made.
STEP 2: RETREAT PAYMENT PLANS
If you have opted for a payment plan, please complete your booking by either selecting the Main House or Pool House payment plan for your group. Please note payments for each group are taken monthly by your nominated group leader.
